All product prices on this website include shipping and 3PL charges. You may add your ad spending costs and selling prices in those prices.
Procedure & Policies
Note: Anything about the 3PL and shipping charges is just a break-up for your better understanding of our services. Therefore, you have to pay only the mentioned prices of products in the website, and there are no additional charges.
1. Normally it's 15 AED Delivery charges, except remote areas.
2. We are not charging anything on cancelled order before dispatching.
3. If your store is selling the products that are available in our warehouse, then we will charge 5 AED as 3PL charges.
4. If your store is selling the products that are not available in our warehouse, you are required to either transfer us the inventory purchasing amount, or send the inventory products to our warehouse (you will bare all the charges). The 3PL charges will remain the same; 5 AED. Note: Your transferred inventory purchasing amount will be included as cost price, and added to your profit amount, hence, sent back to you on each week's closing.
5. It is our responsibility to call every customer before dispatching for 3 times in 3 days. The courier company also attempts 3 times in 3 days.
6. It is our responsibility to follow up with each customer, and courier service, during delivery durations.
7. We efficiently manage your CODs, RTOs and order logs and keep track of each order within a log sheet. You will be provided read-only access of the Google Drive log sheet which will have segmented weekly order logs.
8. If any order is cancelled, we do not charge anything on it (includes: delivery, restocking and 3PL charges) 0 AED. However, only 3PL amount is charged on returned orders.
9. Our packing is properly solid and secure, as per international standards, especially for fragile items, for products safety.
10. All accounts are finalized on every Saturday's night, and your store's closing week's profit is transferred to your account withitn next 48 hours. Note: The minimum transferrable profit amount is 200 AED, less than this amount will be added to your next profit.
11. If you wish to close your store permanently, you are responsible to give us a notice before one month, as your store's remaining returns and CODs are pending to be updated.
12. On your demand, we can provide you with a starting space of 1 sqaure ft in our warehouse at the price of 100 AED per month, but you are free to request a larger specific space (in sq ft) for more of your store inventory in our warehouse at our fixed prices.
13. We also provide local UAE mobile SIM card, for WhatsApp, to aid your business. You are responsible to not violate the SIM card by any means, and will bare the consequences of any violations.
NOTE: If your orders increase more than 300 over a month then our 3PL charges will be decreased to 6 AED.
