Mueid Wholesale is dedicated to delivering products to customers in their original, undamaged condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe:
Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
Replacement Process:

To initiate a replacement, kindly provide a video showcasing the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product to our customer support team within the specified timeframe. In many cases, issues may arise from product usage, and our team can offer guidance on troubleshooting. If the product is confirmed faulty..
Option A:
You will be asked to return the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (including the original product box and all accessories) to our warehouse at the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned product within 2 working days, we will dispatch the replacement to you free of charge.
Option B:
We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you within 14 working days. Please prepare the product (including the original product box and all accessories) for collection by the courier, who will deliver the replacement to you.
Please note that we do not offer replacements for instances of "change of mind".
Refund:
We do not operate a refund policy.
